You will need:

10 Beaten Eggs 16oz Sour Cream 2 cups Shredded Cheddar 1 pound breakfast sausage, browned 24 ounces Diced Green Chiles |
Brown breakfast sausage and then mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a greased 9”x13” (or two 8”x8”) baking dish. Bake at 350°F for approximately 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. That’s it!
Serve with a dollop of sour cream or guacamole (or both) and warm tortillas. Enjoy!

I LOVE this! This would be great to make ahead of time, for the morning after a holiday party! Eggs are great hang-over food and it would be ALL DONE. Totally pinning this recipe!
