Day 5, Sunday: Publicly profess your love and devotion for one of your blogger friends. What makes them great? Why do you love them? If you don't have blogger friends, talk about a real-life friend or even a family member.
My BFF and I have been best friends since we were 13 years old...we're so much alike and yet so different!
She's hilarious and can always make you laugh. She's also really good at letting you know how much she loves you. And she's got an amazingly loving heart!
We've been through everything together - having kids, marriages, divorces, dealing with parents, teenage antics of every kind! She's always been Aunt to my kids and an integral part of our lives. For a short while in our 20s she found herself starting over, it was my house she came to and lived with DH, the kids and me for a few months while she figured out which way to turn. She always tells me that her current hubby and I are the only ones who "get" her...I feel the same way.
We're those friends who can go months without talking and pick up right where we left off. And though we live thousands of miles apart, we're always there for each other!
Her family is supposed to come here to visit this summer and I can't wait!! It's been 4 1/2 years since we were together in person; I haven't even met her youngest two boys in person! To say I'm excited is an understatement of epic proportions!
Love BFF stories! I have one that lives 100s of miles from me, but we're the same way - can pick right up like it was just yesterday. Hope you have a fantastic visit!
