Where there is great love…

Blog Every Day in May Challenge

Day 4, Saturday: Favorite quote (from a person, from a book, etc) and why you love it

Why do I love this quote?  Because it’s true!  I’ve seen it happen time and time again in my life; things that shouldn’t, work out because of the love in my life.

Moving to Colorado shouldn’t have worked, but DH told me it was supposed to happen and that if we remained faithful it would happen.  Here we are!

I didn’t think that we were going to be able to have another baby.  I mean, we’d been together for years and years – many of them doing absolutely nothing to prevent a pregnancy – and no little one.  Then we made the decision to try and it took longer than I thought it might.  We remained faithful and loving and we have our little miracle!

So, believe it!  And when all else fails, turn to love.  Even if all you have left is just loving yourself and knowing that your God (or supreme being or Mother Nature or whatever you believe in) loves you, too!

  4. I love that you have a phone cover with one of your favorite quotes! This is a cool quote I found recently, "If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's, we'd grab ours back." (Unknown author) Stopping by from the blog hop. Have a great day!
